I even showed them a reference piece of hair to show how long I wanted it and they completely disregarded this. I ended up with an uneven bob at almost my ears. I don’t know what they were attempting to do but it was so bad the manager had to step in and fix it because it was just getting shorter and shorter. I also have dyed hair and they kept commenting on how I was trying to get back to the natural color which I was not and I felt was a rude thing to say, but I am too non-confrontational to say anything to a person’s face, especially one with a razor to my head. Unless you are wanting an unflattering bob I would not go here.
