- TJTaska JeffersonNov 9, 20251.0If I could give a zero I would!!!! Today was the worse experience I have ever had at Sephora. I intended to purchase two bottles of perfume and the young lady all but refused to check the back for my product all the while giving their undivided attention to a Caucasian customs buying one bottle, I called customer service and was given an acct adjustment and told that customer service would do more. Corporate called and offered a bs apology and nothing more. As of today Sephora has lost a rouge customer. Their apology is no better than the bs apology for that tasteless and inconsiderate commercial with Mariah Carey! Pure racism!!’ I will be going to Ulta from now on and you should to if you’re African American!!! Enough is enough!

- KKKristinAug 14, 20251.0If I could give a zero I would. Big African lady came up to the checkout counter after being gone and nowhere to be found for about 15 minutes. She said nothing to me as I waited in line and told me to come up to the counter once she logged in. I asked her two questions, she answered Rudley to both of them. I felt like she had a vendetta against me and I had just met her. This store never has anything in stock and the customer service sucks. Fire everyone if they don’t want to work, other people need jobs.

Customer service just is not in their vocabulary here. I went in yesterday and they had sign signs up for 50% off of certain brands of lippies; there’s no date on the sign and then I go check out and they say oh that doesn’t start for another three days. The ladies behind the register were all just laughing and giggling and talking about their favorite sonic order instead of helping customers there was even people waiting in line and they were just standing there giggling and talking to each other. This is the reason why we don’t have these kind of things out south now. How sad is it to have five people behind the register and 3 to 4 of them talking amongst themselves instead of helping customers…
