After spending over $200 in the store the lady that checked me out Kaitlyn or Kate or Katie was extremely RUDE! If I didn’t need my products I would have taken them back! I watched her and it wasn’t just to me she was rude to everyone! I would also like to add this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered her and both times she was extremely unprofessional, sitting on the counter, and all! This will be my last time coming to this store because of her!

- KKKristinAug 14, 20251.0If I could give a zero I would. Big African lady came up to the checkout counter after being gone and nowhere to be found for about 15 minutes. She said nothing to me as I waited in line and told me to come up to the counter once she logged in. I asked her two questions, she answered Rudley to both of them. I felt like she had a vendetta against me and I had just met her. This store never has anything in stock and the customer service sucks. Fire everyone if they don’t want to work, other people need jobs.
