  I love this salon and have had pleasant experiences. Went online to book my children an appointment and received a call and text a couple hours later that Nicole Mack would not be able to do the service due to getting off work 30 minutes after the appointment time. I replied via text asking if anyone else would be available as i selected any stylist when booking, i got a one word response of "Nope". I tried calling and of course Nicole answered and as soon as i stated i booked two appointments online she cut me off to tell me no one else will be available to help. Thankfully i was able to go online and book with the stylist who will be doing the other service i booked. The level of unprofessionalism and rudeness is unneeded, customers are not responsible for what your availability shows to book a service. Glad you cancelled my appointment, I would hate to spend money with someone who's rude for no reason. I would like to add that when I went for our appointments, Nicole Mack took a client after we came and then proceeded to color her hair and stay until 7:30. Even though she cancelled my appointment for 4:30 due to "getting off work at 5".

  I scheduled a haircut appointment for my 12-year-old daughter with Nicole at JCPenney. Nicole mentioned SHE needed to straighten my daughter's hair before cutting it, and I agreed to that process to facilitate the haircut. However, after the service, I was charged $95 for a silk press—a service I did not request or agree to. I only permitted her hair to be straightened for cutting purposes, not for a full silk press.After recognizing this issue on our bill, I called Nicole, who apologized and assured me the charge would be corrected. Despite repeated calls and messages to the manager, I have not received a callback or a resolution. This lack of response from both the stylist and management has been disappointing. As a parent and customer, I expect better communication and accountability regarding billing errors. I hope JCPenney will address this promptly and ensure clearer communication and follow-up in the future. Also after all that the cut wasn't even straight after straighting her hair.

  These pictures will speak for themselves. Nicole Mack should not be surprised by this review at all. Long story short, save your time, money and hair. Do not let her work on you.

  Ms Nicole did my blowout and she was incredible! My hairs has never been this straight, and she took care of my bangs too

  I took my boys here a few months ago for a haircut and it was fantastic like honestly no complaints, today I called because I couldn’t remember the stylists name that cut their hair and this very rude lady answered , I told her they got their haircuts a few months ago and I couldn’t remember the name of the stylist she asked for my phone number I have it to her she asked me if my name was …. I said yes , well I don’t see anything under your name and doesn’t ask any further questions just not any help whatsoever… I’m sorry don’t you need repeat customers ???? Guess I won’t be going back Thank you rude Karen lady
