One of the employees who stated they were the manager told me not to worry about it, and the hat the haircut was “on the house” because I had been standing there waiting. 10 minutes down the road I get a phone call from the stylist, telling me I had to come back and pay my bill. It would have been a he said / she said so I turned around and came back and paid the rest of the bill (I had somewhere I needed to be). It’s not my fault you or your system screwed up. And I shouldn’t have been threatened and forced to turn around a burn gas money because of your problem. Never coming back!

She cut my neck line so high, up to the middle of my ears, there’s no way to fix this. I just gotta walk around looking ridiculous for months until it grows back and I have a simple haircut,#2 guard on the sides and the top is short as you can get it with scissors and your fingers, and she messed it up so bad, didn’t cut some of it at all and gapped up one side so bad and short compared to the other, so that there’s no hiding it. When I got home and seen what she had done I couldn’t believe it! I called to explain l, they told me they would put it in front of everybody else to try to fix it best they could, but when I showed the receptionist she looked at it and said she didn’t know hair so she wouldn’t give me an opinion, but she said she would go get someone, I sat there by myself. Nobody else in the waiting room for 15 minutes nobody ever showed to talk to me. As I was too mad and didn’t wanna make a fool of myself so left. Needless to say, I’m no longer go to this Great Clips! Between their to incompetent bro hire decent beauticians, and to tell me I’ll me I’ll be put in the front of the line showed up five minutes later and was ignored with no customers waiting for 15 minutes.
