Mona and Tim are the reason I keep coming back. Mona, in particular, always takes such great care of me, she treats me like family every single visit. She remembers my wife and daughter and always asks about them, which really shows how much she genuinely cares about her customers. My haircut is consistently perfect, exactly how I like it every time. There’s something really special about finding someone who understands your style so well and delivers with such attention to detail. I also want to recognize the entire team. The shop is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Everyone is friendly, professional, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. The posted sign says $18 for seniors, and I’m 66, but the stylist (I believe her name was Mona) refused to honor the senior price. After I handed her $20 and said she could keep the change as a tip, she still pressured me for more. Very disappointing experience.” this is not the first time this has happened to me will never go back to this place.
