Mia and Kayla definitely know their stuff, they’ll direct you the right way if You’re completely lost on what to get etc. Brianna, Arianna, and Lauren are so sweet, super helpful they will make sure you get the proper help and guidance you need and truly go out of their way for you while enhancing your experience with their charm. My toddler daughter adored all the girls! She knew them better than I did! Highly recommend this location!

I was very clear about this. Somehow this became a "class", which costs $75, I was not informed about this cost upfront. Nor did I want a class, I just wanted to try makeup that I named before I could buy it. I'll never go here again. Edit: Thank you for the reply, Sephora-but I don't think that's good enough. It's not cool that I book one thing and have the makeup artist change it to another thing while I am in the chair, without informing me that this will now be 75 dollars and take a lot longer. If I make an appointment for X you should not change it to Y without explaining to me how long it will take and cost.

However, the cashier's attitude was completely different. When I asked about returning an item I purchased a few months ago, she was unhelpful and rude. I also asked about potential discounts, and she responded abruptly, saying "absolutely not." As a customer, I expect better service, especially in a retail environment. A smile and a willingness to help go a long way. This is the second time I've had a similar experience with this particular cashier, and it's disappointing. Perhaps additional training on customer service would be beneficial."
