    I was visiting from out of state and decided to treat myself to a scalp massage after hearing great things, especially since I had never tried one before. I booked my appointment with Ellie based on several positive reviews. When I arrived, I waited about 20 minutes before another staff member informed me that Ellie did not show up for her shift and was not responding to their calls, so someone else would be taking over my appointment. Her name was Donné, and she was incredibly kind and professional. After changing into a robe and lying down, I noticed something sharp poking my back. When I lifted the sheet, I discovered two screws sticking up from the massage table. I immediately let Donné know. She was unaware of the issue and quickly placed a thick towel over the area so we could continue. The scalp treatment itself was phenomenal. Donné was very communicative throughout and made sure I received my full 60 minutes. My head felt incredibly light and refreshed afterward. While I truly appreciated how kind and accommodating she was, the condition of the massage table is something I hope the business addresses. Donné was so welcoming and wonderful that I would absolutely return just for her. Update: The owner reached out to me personally after this visit to apologize and explain the situation. The table issue was addressed immediately, and they took my feedback seriously. I also corrected the service provider’s name in my original review. I appreciate the thoughtful follow-up and professionalism, and it’s clear they care about both guest safety and overall experience.
