  Excellent service. Elle is amazing, an artist, she makes me feel so beautiful. When she cuts my hair, I feel like a queen. I highly recommend her.

  Elle, as always, did an incredible job! I have received so many compliments on my hair the MOMENT I left the salon. She does a phenomenal job every time and I leave feeling beautiful!

  This salon is simply the best! Elle is amazing and provided the best service. All the ladies there made me feel welcomed and are so hospitable. 10/10 recommend!!

  I went in for a cut and color. The cut was fine, the color was not the best but it was Elle’s first time doing my hair. It lacked depth and was too washed out but I understand that she as trying to keep it from pulling red. I also ended up getting talked into hair extensions for the first time and was very unhappy with the result. They looked like two puppy dog ears, very flat on either side no matter how hard I tried to curl them and bring them to life it just didn’t look good. And they felt even worse. They were too tight and gave me headaches and were awful to sleep on. It felt like a had a crown of thorns around my head at night. Elle offered to adjust them or loosen them, then offered to turn them into clip ons or a band but I didn’t want to waste any more money ( $600 was enough). The focus was so much on trying to keep the extensions I finally asked if she would have the owner call me back- I just wanted them removed. I think she’s a very sweet girl, but the focus of this salon is definitely on clients that get extensions. I was told that those clients are the VIP’s and given the privilege of cell phone numbers for any emergencies with the extensions. And while both she and the owner offered to correct the color, I would not trust them any further with my hair.

  I sent my husband for a head spa service for Father’s Day and he was blown away. He was so impressed and raved about it for months - so much so I bought him another for his birthday in December. The woman he originally had wasn’t there any more, so we booked with some else. The experience was really disappointing. She ran late because she was finishing up someone’s hair which is understandable, but my husband explained that he felt like an “absolute afterthought” and really did not enjoy the service. He explained she was likely tired as it was the end of the day, but that is awful for him nonetheless. The tool they use to analyze the scalp wasn’t working so he didn’t even get that part of the service. He was told he would get a discount or “something” during his next visit because the service he received was incomplete but when checking out he never heard anything about it and no one ever followed-up with us. It’s coming up on the time where we are looking for another head spa and we were disappointed to recall our experience here.
