I imagine it can be frustrating, but Shannon did it with ease & perfection the first time. I called her out on it & asked if she ever worked with children, she seemed to do better after that, but my boy still came home with slashes all over his neck & she did not power him after! I've brought my whole family here for years almost 20 years. Hair grows back & I knew I could always see Shannon here, now I know she's gone, it is not worth coming here.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
