She showed the stylist pictures and was specific about things she wanted, like the length of her sideburns and how the front bangs should look. She left crying, I don't think the stylist listened to what she said and justified herself to another stylist in my hearing. This was one of the worst experiences in many years. We won't be back

In fact, they didn't even use the comb! The barber was extremely kind and humourous. I originally left a bad review because my acne had a breakout, but that was my fault because I didn't specify that. I apologize for any inconvenience my review left. I am joyed to say I now LOVE this place, when you need it gentle, they go beyond gentle!!! Definitely leaving a big tip!!!

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
