Z showed a completely different side, maybe because I had a few clarifying questions about my upcoming appt. She appeared to have an attitude because of this, once I arrived on time waiting for her to show up, her first comment was “I thought you were going to be a problem..” The warm friendly customer service she had shown on my 1st visit was not present at all by visit #3. If your client has questions about an appointment, it shouldn’t be a problem to clarify. I felt unwelcomed during the appointment and felt tension during my time.
