  My experience at this location was very frustrating and disappointing. I enrolled in a laser hair removal membership with the expectation that the process would take about one year, based on information from the company and membership paperwork, but it took closer to 2.5 years. I consistently attended appointments within the recommended timeframes and repeatedly shared that I wasn’t feeling much during treatments, questioning whether the laser settings were high enough. I trusted that my feedback was being taken seriously and applied to the settings. After all, they are supposed to be the experts. However, after about 1.5 years, a new aesthetician reviewed my treatment history and was very surprised by both the lack of progress and the length of time I had been coming in. Over several visits, she significantly increased the settings to what she indicated was a more appropriate level. Only then (1.5 years later) did I begin to see meaningful improvement. I attempted to contact management at least five times to discuss my concerns and never received a response. That lack of accountability was especially disappointing. The aesthetician and front desk manager advocated for me and secured one complimentary session; however, it does not offset the substantial time and money invested in what appears to have been ineffective treatment for well over a year. I should have canceled once I realized the lack of effective services, but hoped I’d start seeing better results sooner than I did. (Kind of like when you watch a really bad movie and you’re sure it will take a turn for the better any moment, then the credits start rolling and you wonder why you wasted 2 hours of your life!) My overall experience did not reflect the level of care or professionalism I expected. Do not go here if you carry similar expectations or you will end up wasting a lot time and money.

  Ok, buckle up I have so much to say about this FABULOUS place & the reason I drive over 1 hour to get my Botox while I pass 2 other Dermani’s on the way. About 2.5 years ago I made an appt at this location in a pinch based on scheduling…I met the Injector Faith Chapman, and I will keep coming to see Faith for as long as she’s here! I have tried other places and was ok with result but after my first session with Faith I realized what a true expert can do, and she totally transformed my forehead like no other injector had been able to do before!!!! The results are incredible, I have 3 VERY deep wrinkles in my forehead that makeup settled into and I HATED IT! Because of Faith’s technique, you’d never knew I’d ever had wrinkles! I also credit how long my Botox lasts to Faith, as I’ve always gotten the same amount of units, but I can get a month or two longer out of my Botox now. Faith herself is also amazing, and I have such a good time talking with her at my appointments! Front office staff is always so friendly and welcoming! 10000% recommend Dermani Med Spa in East Cobb and Faith Chapman as your injector!

  Had a great experience with my hydrafacial at this place! Rebecca is very knowledgeable and did a great job, she makes you comfortable, takes the time to go through your specific skin needs, explains everything in detail even the after care and maximizes what the treatment can do for you. Front desk staff is also very nice and cooperative. I would definitely recommend Dermani at East Cobb, it’s a clean and nice facility.
