Ive been to several other locations over the last 9 years, with excellent customer service but today's experience has me looking for another company or even a private waxer. I waited for over an hour, arrived at 9:07.... to eventually leave without getting any services! Granted I was a walk in, after waiting over an hour another young lady came in 10 mins before her appt 9:50 and was taken back immediately! There was no communication on why I was left waiting, even so I remained seated until 10 with no one making contact! I understand appts are priority however to not even make contact with someone waiting for and extended is rude. Definitely wouldn't recommend this location, maybe try one of there other locations. But I won't be returning to any of them!
