- ACAdrian Clark5 days ago1.0I really wanted to love this Sephora and give it another chance, but this is now my second visit in two weeks and the customer service is still disappointing. There are plenty of employees standing around, but actually getting help feels impossible. I walked in ready to spend money and still struggled to get a single person to acknowledge me. What makes it even worse is that Ulta just a few suites down is the complete opposite. They greet you, ask what you need, and actually make you feel welcome. Sephora is supposed to be a premium experience, but right now the service here does not match the brand. I hope this location steps it up because it should not feel like I am inconveniencing anyone just by asking for assistance.

Very disappointing with Sephora as I’m a long time Ulta fan and just starting to try out this company- will not be returning to any Sephora due to the lack of care and professionalism their staff and management is trained to deliver.

The associates were not only uninviting—they made no effort to greet or acknowledge customers. It was as though they were deliberately avoiding interaction, even going so far as to distance themselves as if fearful of being approached for assistance. For a brand built on customer care and engagement, this level of indifference and avoidance is deeply disturbing. It left me feeling unwelcome, ignored, and questioning whether providing basic service to customers is even a priority at this location.
