Very disappointing with Sephora as I’m a long time Ulta fan and just starting to try out this company- will not be returning to any Sephora due to the lack of care and professionalism their staff and management is trained to deliver.

The associates were not only uninviting—they made no effort to greet or acknowledge customers. It was as though they were deliberately avoiding interaction, even going so far as to distance themselves as if fearful of being approached for assistance. For a brand built on customer care and engagement, this level of indifference and avoidance is deeply disturbing. It left me feeling unwelcome, ignored, and questioning whether providing basic service to customers is even a priority at this location.
