    These stores are okay if you just need that quick hair units, or Hair bows. Etc. I accidentally brought t 2 bottles of Hair Conditioners instead of Conditioner & Shampoo. Later, with RECEIPT in hand, I asked for a exchange. I was told the bottle was open, and NO EXCHANGE. PLEASE NOTE these items WAS UNUSED. So **THEIR RECEIPT was TRASH** and just mean I did not steal anything. They have a NO RETURN policy. Understandable for WIGS. The RECEIPT states "NO RETURN or EXCHANGES on all merchandises that has been OPEN". The TRICK IS; I noticed that majority of all their ETHNIC HAIR PRODUCTS are OPENED with NO PROTECTIVE SEAL. SO once you buy it, It is YOURS. NO RETURNS not even a "EXCHANGES". WHICH NOTICEABLY THEIR MERCHANDISE IS ALREADY OPEN. JUST A DAM RIGHT SAD 😔. So Heads Up People ! ! BAD BUSINESS.

    Terrible service. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was refused a refund on an item that I was explicitly told could be returned as long as I had the receipt—which I did. One employee spoke to me in a very disrespectful, condescending manner, and another employee rudely shoved the item back toward me and said there was nothing they could do. This experience was completely unacceptable. I will never shop here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

    They play the worst music and it's very loud. They had a back to school special for girls and the whole time the dj was playing inappropriate music even for me. They do have a large variety of things. The hair products are for weave and relaxed hair. I do love their big selection of perfume. The staff is very friendly and remembers you.
