- SWStaff Honey Creek WoodlandsNov 2, 20231.0I booked an appointment online for 5:45p. I arrived at 5:30. I was asked to come back in an hour because the person I had the appointment for was behind. Stike 1! So I decided to shop in the mall. came back, a different lady came from a side office and said "We close at 7" I said OK. My appointment was at 5:45. She looked at the front desk person and said "she is late" This was strike 2! I was actually on time, your stylist is late Boo Boo! They asked me to have a seat in the waiting area. I was within ear shot of the person that was supposed to cut my hair. I could hear her talking about me! Strike 3! I had to count to 10 before I confronted her!! I left. She wasn't touching my head with that funky attitude!! NEVER AGAIN!! Customer Service is obviously not a job requirement!
