- AJAlex JacksonOct 27, 20251.0Yall are so unprofessional yall tell me I have to leave out for 15 mins so the system can reboot. Which in itself is unprofessional! Then I wait 15 mins then the worker comes out and leaves . When I asked him it’s been 15 mins he claims it’s still rebooting and leaves. I drove all the way here to just come to this store! And now I’m waiting for 30 mins because you all are unprofessional along with another customer! This is unacceptable! How can the worker just leave knowing people are waiting at this point it’s giving he is using this excuse to leave. I’m pretty sure it was “rebooted “ before he left!

Is so unprofessional especially since it’s early during the day when the store only been open 2 hours. That’s something you all should do before you all open or the end of the night. Especially when ppl are in a hurry and I only came to this mall for this specific store! Do better and get a better system!

Are you gonna buy that and I thought to myself what kind of question is that to ask a customer? Are you gonna buy that like as if I can’t afford an $80 candle Coach your cashier on how to actually talk to a customer a friendly Hi is this all for you today would’ve been just fine.
