When I approached him as the clippers went down the middle , he stated he went by what was in the system. The manager states she knew what was going on. Must been a nosey manager listening to customers . I called her OCT. 6 to inform her I have the slip stating a summer buzz. She should have known. She cut his hair prior to this cut. She would not listen and hung up. Looking at past reviews on customer complaints I can see why. I wouldn’t consider this person as manager material. Did we leave a tip NO. Upon walking in not only was I not greeted but the older lady sat in the chair near the door with an irritated look on her face….how dare I walk into an empty salon and ask about haircut prices. She glanced up from her phone and answered using a few words as possible. While the older gentleman seemed more willing to help he offered no greeting and was slow to move as I attempted to show him a picture. While I don’t expect anyone to jump out of their seat when a potential customer walks in but at minimum I expected a greeting. Again…disappointed.
- DTDanielle TettehSep 13, 20251.0I went in today for a haircut and Sydney was my stylist. I ask her in the very beginning if she was able to do the style I wanted and she said yes. My hair was very long and I was going extremely short. At 1st she was peppy and nice, taking her time. Then people started coming in needing haircuts and she got to where she started rushing saying "You pay for convenience and it being done quick. That's why it doesn't cost you as much." But it was only taking so long because she was making my hair so jagged and telling me to take my glasses off so that I was unable to see what she was doing until she had already made several extreme cuts each time she did it. My sister was with me and kept saying something to SYDNEY, the stylist about how I needed my glasses on and SYDNEY said "No, they are in my way!" But I needed them on so I could say whether or not I liked what SYDNEY was wanting to do instead of her just doing it without consulting me. I am now left with my hair jacked up and my sister kept telling me and SYDNEY, the stylist that it looked like my toddler Grandson was cutting my hair. SYDNEY got frustrated because the other stylist was moving so slowly that people were leaving and it was putting more pressure on SYDNEY to pick up the other stylist slack that SYDNEY started brushing the hair she had cut off and telling me she had to take care of other clients. My sister offered for SYDNEY to cut one person's hair and see if she could find a style that SYDNEY could fix but SYDNEY said I would have to wait for at least 2 or 3 people to go. But I honestly did not want SYDNEY to do anymore damage to my hair. We then said we were going to step outside and SYDNEY said "Fine, ok have a nice day." So we left. My hair is now messed completely up!
