Ryelind and it’s Rylan she was so rude I was watching her cut my son’s hair and she stopped and said what!!! He cried all the way home he said mama I new as soon as she cut the chunk it was over it no fixing it!! I will say ABBOTT and HOLLY DID GREAT on my other TWO!!! Seriously if you don’t like your JOB get another one it took everything in me not to cuss her out!!!! The picture of what he wanted and then what he got his beautiful hair messed up!!! Thanks for an awful cut and no interaction with the kid didn’t speak and say do you like this or anything!!!!

I even complimented her nails and I think she may have mumbled a thank you. I asked for a trim. She did speak with her coworker and mentioned she had just had her shears sharpened and this was the first cut she would be doing with the newly sharpened shears. I'm thinking, great! She combs my hair back, pulls it back to where it all falls over my shoulders, spent maybe 30 seconds cutting, then said she was done. I looked at it and it seemed a little uneven and I decided I wanted it a little shorter also. I was thinking in my head, surely it should take longer than 30 seconds? Also, don't people usually section it off, even for a trim? I honestly couldn't recall as I don't often get a trim unfortunately. So she does the same method, pulls all my hair back, then this time, spent about 45 seconds cutting. To me, it still looked uneven but at this point I'm scared to ask for more to be cut and pay and leave. I've given it some time before leaving a bad review to let my hair grow in a little but it is definitely uneven all over. I have just been wearing my hair wavy to semi-hide it. The lady never even told me her name but I saw her certificate on the wall and think it was Holly. Really terrible customer service and haircut! Look, I know it's Great Clips but all I asked for is a simple trim and they messed that up. And yes, I stilled tipped even though it was a bad experience. This was the Lagrange, GA location by Kroger on Commerce Avenue.
