  shout out to the associate Catherine who helped me find my right shade of foundation! She went above and beyond to really help me find the correct shade, as I have always had a hard time finding one due to my complex skin color. she was determined to help me find one that I’d be satisfied leaving the store with. she really made me feel very important and valued as a customer. Unlike other Sephora’s I’ve been to, this location really has employees who are determined to help and cater to the customer’s needs! definitely will be coming back whenever I can! Catherine is very good at what she does and needs a raise!

  I want to express my gratitude to Cheyenne at this Sephora location for her exceptional assistance in helping my friends and I find our ideal foundation, bronzer, blush, and other makeup products! She was incredibly thorough in explaining the products and conducting tests with us. We truly appreciate her expertise and time with us! :)

  This recent visit to Sephora was very Pleasant. An employee by the name of Audrey was very welcoming and helpful. She seen I needed help and immediately stepped in. Thank you so much Audrey. 😊 Great customer service makes me wanna spend all my money just for the environment. Great Job

  I was disappointed with the service in this store. I purchased five bottles of liquid, but I was given the smallest bag possible, which ended up looking overfilled and awkward, almost like a barrel. When I politely asked for a larger bag so it wouldn’t look so bad and be easier to carry, I was told that bags are given strictly based on the purchase and that a bigger one was not available. What made this even more frustrating is that on my previous visit I bought only one item and was given a larger, normal-sized bag. I was also told that they could neither give nor sell me a medium-sized bag. The situation was unpleasant, and overall I was unhappy with the service.

  Shoutout to Mary, educated me on some makeup brands i wasn’t familiar with and took time to show me her blending techniques, overall environment is friendly and everyone offers help!
