She is literally the sweetest person ever and we always have the best conversations. She always does an amazing job with making a painful procedure painless !! - SMS MJul 7, 20181.0My first experience was okay. I brought my mother and was able to sit in on her waxing (eyebrows). She then scheduled another appointment and i tagged along with my son. My mother was called back and i was told me and my son are not allowed in the room (mind you there was a chair in the corner of the waxing room). After sitting in the lobby with my son for a while. The receptionist then tells us we have to leave. Kids are not allowed in the studio or the waiting area of the place(we had been sitting there for 7+ mins). My son is old enough to sit still and quiet but not old enough to sit outside in the hot weather (this is what the receptionist recommended). After i asked if she was putting us out she said the owner told her to tell me. The owner didn’t even have the professionalism to step forward since it’s HER rule. Needless to say We will not be going back.
