Just got there to refresh but became depressed from the atomosphere and behavior, I was not familiar with new hair stylist behavior. I did not allow for the person's treat to us like that, I just get there see if Susie or Lan is available. But the person force us to be get hair done with her by calling us without sitting there to choose to what do do. After that was disappointed. Last time was so so, this time, bad. Do not show that kind of behaviors to customer. I just saw you for the first time, and there were other customers also watch you what you're doing. I had bad experience not go back to your store again. Probably know why we're not happy at all for your store and review like this.

She was quite rude while combing my tangled hair, showing little patience or care. When I asked to reduce the length further after the first cut, she reacted impolitely and raised her voice. A hairstylist should treat customers with kindness and professionalism — basic respect and good customer care are essential, especially when clients are expected to pay a tip. Never ever try again here.
