Last time I went there, the lady who cut my hair rudely said, “be grateful we’re giving you a haircut at this price,” in a very disrespectful way. Because of her behavior, I complained—but the next time I came, they literally refused me, saying, “We don’t want to cut your hair.” Instead of improving, they acted with ego—so pathetic. After some time, I gave them another chance, thinking maybe the staff had changed. Unfortunately, the haircut I got was still the worst of my life. They couldn’t follow simple instructions, didn’t know how to style or dry properly, and still expected tips for terrible service. Tips are for excellent service, not rude behavior or incompetence. I won’t be returning and would rather travel far for a proper haircut. Dont ask me to contact customer care I simply dont want to go to this location, some things never improve because no one wants to improve.

Just got there to refresh but became depressed from the atomosphere and behavior, I was not familiar with new hair stylist behavior. I did not allow for the person's treat to us like that, I just get there see if Susie or Lan is available. But the person force us to be get hair done with her by calling us without sitting there to choose to what do do. After that was disappointed. Last time was so so, this time, bad. Do not show that kind of behaviors to customer. I just saw you for the first time, and there were other customers also watch you what you're doing. I had bad experience not go back to your store again. Probably know why we're not happy at all for your store and review like this.
