  I asked for a basic boy haircut and clearly showed a reference photo for both of my sons. Unfortunately, the stylist did not confirm what I wanted before starting and instead went off notes rather than the photo I provided. One of my sons ended up with a very short, military-style haircut, which was not at all what I asked for. My youngest son’s haircut was also uneven and unfinished, with pieces of hair still sticking out that were never cut. I voiced my unhappiness after my first son’s haircut, and the stylist stated she was going off of notes from the fist cut without even comfirming with me what I wanted for my 10 year old child. yet I still paid and the same issues continued. Overall, communication and attention to detail were lacking, and we left very disappointed. This was our second time getting a hair cut here. The first experience we had was way better. Sadly we will not be returning. (First photo is what I asked for the second/third are what we received.$34 for both

  The cut was okay, except she completely forgot 1 of my sideburns and I didn't realize it until I got home. My husband looked me over and spotted a couple of hairs that were much longer than the rest.

  Every time I bring my kids here their hair looks worse than when I brought them in. Told the lady that did my daughters “her hair grows VERY slow the less you cut the better” I told her she could trim it and do a little bit of layering.. the lady goes full blown layers thinner her hair out horrible to where my daughter Harley has any hair left and the lays for one don’t blend at all and the shortest layer is a over her ears so it looks horrible and falls in her face. My son was supposed to get a Mohawk and I don’t think the lady knew how to do one she kept asking the the other lady next to her how to go about it she wanted to fade it into a Mohawk which okay cool go ahead if it makes it look okay I’m fine with it but the poor kid looks like he’s got a skunk stripe on his head it goes from shaves to a little fade then hair and it goes from narrow to wide to narrow. As a mama that does make much I’m so upset and disposable and now I have to wait for my daughters hair to grow back and try to fix my sons all before school starts in 2 days.. Not only that how am I spending close to 50 dollars for 2 children? That’s insane! Thanks great clips. We won’t be back.

  Absolute terrible service came in and signed in and waited for an hour while the stylist was allowing her friends to cut line. Left without hair cut will never go back or recommend to anyone
