My appointment was Saturday at 1 PM, and the stylist, Hannah, barely cut my hair she only lined up my neck and ran dull clippers around my head without even going up to the part. I asked for an inch off the top and was left with at least two inches. The top was barely touched. She didn’t comb my hair, didn’t blow it off, and barely spoke the entire time. After rinsing my hair in the sink, clumps of loose hair came out in my hands, which tells me the haircut wasn’t properly finished or cleaned up. When Hannah asked if it was good and I politely requested a little more off the top, she rolled her eyes at me. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially from a location I’ve trusted for years. I won’t be returning.
