Back story: I have not gonna to a salon in 7 years because they always ruin my hair. I have been cutting my own hair, but I just had 2 babies and needed to be pampered. Back to Hair stylist: I could not understand what she was saying therefore I just kind of hoped that in the end it would be what I wanted and what I showed her picture of. ( a V hair cut with several layers) by the end I just wanted to get out of there and did not want to be rude (it’s just not me to be that way). Currently there are no layers in my hair and the is no V it’s just rounded. Payed 50.00 and spent 2 hrs there. Feel like crying every time I touch my hair or look in the mirror. I actually have cried can’t believe I spent that much money on myself only to hate it and wish I had done it myself
- TSTee SmhApr 8, 20181.0One of their alleged Master Stylist, I don’t remember her name but an African American with full makeup, long, mixed colors of blonde hair weave, tall and heavy set. I verbally told her that I only want her to trim the ends and give my hair one color during the so call consultation. Well she failed to informed me of the brand name used to color my hair but insisted it would cover my blonde tips leaving my hair one color. The end results, I had a different hairstyle due to her cutting my hair off! I realize after I got to my car and the outside lighting showed me that she did a poor job applying the color properly to the ends so she cut off the lighter hair (2 inches) but I still can see some in various parts especially the front part of hair. Master stylist, what a joke, I am a very unhappy customer and she knows it!
