We were not greeted and were immediately asked if we had checked in online, despite walk-ins being advertised. The stylist with blonde hair refused service, stating that shampoo services were not offered late in the day. At the same time, another child was receiving a wet service. I later texted with the manager, Melody, who confirmed in writing that this is not a policy and that no such rule exists. Despite this confirmation, no resolution was offered. I was only told to return on a different day with a different stylist and pay for the service, after being wrongly refused during posted business hours. This was intended to be my daughter’s first salon haircut, and the experience was upsetting and uncomfortable. Management was contacted in writing and did not respond after 10 days. We will not be returning.

I logged in, saw a 42 minute wait, I am 30 minutes away so it was good timing for me to be there a bit early. I was number 7 on the list. After driving 30 minutes, the app still showed a 40 minute wait but I was 9th on the list. I asked what happened and the lady responded ‘we are busy on Saturday and many people were trying to get in’. I went for lunch, another 20 minutes and came back to see I am still 5th on the list. I decided to bail at 60 minutes on an original 40 minute wait.
