I could hear the women gossiping negatively about someone. A blonde woman at a station with the name "Sandy" on it called my son. When he sat down instead of nicely asking what he wanted she coldly goes, "This is where you talk!!". No greeting, no question on what he would like. My son looked at me and shrugged and I told her he just needed it shorter on the side with a little length on top for styling. She then rudely responded to me, "What!? Clippers, scissors, do you even have a picture!?". She pointed to a poster on the wall and asked my son if that was what he wants. I told her that was fine. At this point I'm fuming and if it wasn't two days til Christmas we would have immediately left to go somewhere else. I have NEVER in my life seen someone so rude and unprofessional towards a child over a haircut.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
