    No signage on the doors saying that they only sell to cosmetology professionals or students. Went in there to look for some new hair color only to get told that they can't sell to the public(only cosmetology professionals and students) and I would also need to create an account. Kinda false advertising of no signage is visible!

    Shelly and Amanda should NOT be working at SalonCentric. My Esthetician class went there as a little field trip and we were treated with nothing but disrespect from the second we walked in the door till the second we left. We also had to come right back because they had a BOGO deal ALL over the store and the tag even said the deal was for the entire brand but the ladies said it was only for one specific item on their tables. They were even treating our instructor like a child as if she didn't know anything? I've never been so belittled and disrespected from employees much less while it was our ENTIRE class AND teacher. This is ridiculous.

    Horrible customer service. They gave my order to the wrong person and then said it was my fault because the person they gave it to said they knew me 😳. Associate did not confirm order number or check ID . I received no apology just attitude . The Athens location was a much more pleasant experience .

    If i could give zero stars, I would. AMANDA ,"the manager" ( she kept reminding me of her position) 100% DOES NOT NEED TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC. My family salon has been in business since 1976 here in gainesville, and we spend a LOT of money with salon centric weekly. I've never had an issue until today..AMANDA got mad bc I want to check out under the salon account so the salon gets the points...yes, I have my own personal account but I want the salon to have my points...and she put her elbows on the counter and started talking to me really slowly and sarcastically as if I was "less than" or a child ...repeating " if you had access to the app. I could just scan the bar code, " I told her...ma'am....you can get off the counter....and talk at a normal pace. I'm not stupid, and I understood what you were saying the first time you said it. (BTW, I've been there 10+ times and checked out using my ID and putting it on the salon account and never had a problem... she never mentioned before that i needed an app. .. or I would have the app... she said ...well" I'm the store manager, and I have to do things by our policy. ....I just smiled and said, " I understand"....she's obviously got other issues besides me not having the app. For her to have treated me like that when . Like how embarrassing.AND on top of it all -As I went to pay and tapped my card on the card reader and it beeped and I watched her hit a button that said "cancel transaction " just so she could snatch my debit card out of my hand and do it "right" and sarcastically say " you have to actually leave it on there long enough for it to read" .I wasn't going to argue with her that she hit cancel order... I guess she didn't know I could see it on my screen. I'm literally still in shock. I legitimately just got bullied at the salon centric. What in the world.????

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
