A "manager" RUINED my 7 year olds hair. His first day of school is next week. And the only thing that can be done is shave it. We cant even blend it out. He has so much anxiety about school now. We would've been better off letting him do it himself. I thought that great clips employees should have a basic level of cosmetology education and could do a basic boys hair cut I was very wrong. When I called the store the lady I spoke with said she noticed it was messed up when he was still in the store.
