- KFK FruhNov 1, 20251.0My husband went in for a cut today. He asked for 1 inch cut all around and tapered at the neck. He came home and his hair still looked long, so I decided to get a ruler and check it. The back and top are closer to 2 inches and some parts over 2 inches. Disappointing. Not to mention the inconvenience of having to go back and complain. We all have busy schedules. As I saw another reviewer saying they did not have time to go back and the policy is, it must be within one day.

That’s how long I was told you have if not happy. Granted I waited a long time but I couldn’t get back as I had a surgery as well as my 85 yr old mother who I care for broke her back & had surgery too. I’m pretty sure it was Tanya. Beware that she will not take much off if you don’t pay attention. I felt it was done so I have to come back sooner. She’s done this before twice but I told her to take more off while there. She won’t be cutting my hair again & frankly I may look for a new place. It’s very convenient & that saddens me. I just wanted a discount but the women said no you have to return by the next day.
