  My daughter has Eczema and she’s starting college and she wanted to learn how to do her makeup before she left. The two ladies that helped me and my daughter were absolutely wonderful. I didn’t feel rushed and they helped us through everything (we have never used makeup before) they both did a step by step tutorial on what to do for my daughter. I bought whatever they told me to because I was that confident in their skills. I definitely will be back and please give those ladies a raise, gift card, something for their amazing work.

  The worst Sephora in the world. SO unorganized! The manager was SO NASTY AND SO RUDE!!!!!! He is the bottom of the barrel manager you could ever hire. Kohl’s do better, SAM SMITH NEEDS TO BE FIRED! Sephora at Kohl’s wasted 5 days of my life, 2 days or training, orientation, 2 interviews!!! Sam Smith missed the 2nd interview which was supposed to been my first time meeting him but he was busy on lunch with his other employees, so he missed the chance to give me crucial information about orientation that I did not know but he expected me to read his mind upon arrival to orientation when that was his very first time meeting me! He WRONGFULLY fired me FOR NO REASON after I was hired by the best manager at Kohl’s Danny Worthy, in the system I’m technically still a employee at this Sephora at Kohl’s due to the fact Sam Smith didn’t have an actual reason to fire me, he still has not contacted me with any type of closure he told the other manager Danny that it “wasn’t working out with us” he couldn’t even call me his self, coward, if you going to discriminate against me for whatever reason because I’m a black young female, then at least say it with your chest & make that call yourself!!!

  Long story short GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!! Horrible experience!! Im a natural girly so I only wear lashes and lipgloss for the most part decided to stop by sephora cause I want to learn how to do makeup and they were no help and unfriendly. I had to walk up to someone myself and was told since they’re a smaller location they don’t help people personally and she went on to say they don’t have many shades at this location and that I should go to another. Then she told me she was helping someone and she will come back to help me… Huhhh??? Im confused if this a small location and yall don’t help what are you talking about ??🫤 don’t come here very ghetto would not recommend.

  So happy with the support here from the associates. Dee was amazing! She was very patient and knowledgeable of all makeup questions. She also helped me achieve the natural makeup look i was going for. I highly recommend this location
