- SFSkydiva FrancisJan 22, 20241.0I had a horrible experience on Saturday morning 1/20/2024 the young lady that opened the store at 830 am was the only employee in the store at the time I ran in that morning to retrieve some items FOOTLOGIX items for my pedicures .when I walked in she didn’t even say good morning I had to speak first when I got to the register I asked a simple question I asked how much was the artistic gel polish she responded by saying well they are different prices with frustration as if I were bothering her I told her never mind then she said she had 1500 other items in the store I told her it’s ok never mind I don’t want to put you out she still continues to explain how many items she had in the store I told her it’s ok I’ll just check out and she said ok whatever and I responded to her and told her she was impatient and rude and I didn’t need her help and it went down hill from there it turned into a loud exchange in the store I am very angry about this and will be getting in touch with there cooperate office I will never do business with salon centric again …..

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
