She was very friendly, took me (with no appointment) right away and did exactly what I asked her to do. I left with healthier hair and not too much length taken off. I have very wavy, coarse hair and she took off the ends of the layers. When she was finished my hair felt so smooth and silky.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
