But before coming here I read the reviews talking about a woman with grey hair saying she did a horrible job cutting their children's hair. I took a chance and came anyways, hoping for the best. And what do you know, that's who I got to cut my son's hair, Rebecca I think was her name. I showed her pictures of my son's last haircut, and said just trim it down and make sure he can see and layer it. Mind you this is the first time we've ever came here to a Great Clips for him. So she takes him back, I'm looking up every now and then, but she finished quickly, maybe too quickly. I'm gonna guess 10 minutes I look up and my son has a bowl cut. His bangs are flat, and his hair is totally uneven all over his head. I look at my son, he's very unhappy, I asked why it looks like a bowl cut he's 11 and he's gonna get picked on, and she said "I looked in his file and it said no trimmers, only the scissors." I told her, this is the first time we've been here so I don't know what you're talking about...it was one thing to ruin my son's haircut (which we went to Zees Hair Bar to fix now.) But to bluntly lie to my face? Look, as I began with I'm sure the other stylists are fine, but if you see any bad reviews, it's probably because of this woman. If the owners of the shop want to stop getting bad reviews, take note. I won't go on the website to mention this, because people look on Google for reviews. So TL;DR, if you're going to great clips and see a woman with grey hair named something like Rebecca take you back, ask for someone else. And absolutely do not trust her to cut your child's hair. 🤷 Just being blunt and real.
