An Oasis of Care, Healing, and Pure Bliss ✨🌊
I recently had one of the most beautiful and restorative massage experiences at The NOW Massage, and I’m honestly still thinking about it.
I came in during a pretty heavy week—physically and emotionally. I had pulled something in my back doing something as simple as taking off my shirt, and I was also navigating a deeply reflective time marking the anniversary of my mother’s passing. So I really needed care, release, and a moment to just be held in a peaceful space.
My girlfriend, who has a membership here, gifted me one of her credits, and I’m so grateful she did.
Even though we arrived a bit late, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. I still received my full 80-minute massage, which I truly appreciated. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, clean, and beautifully designed—soft white tones, a warm glow of sunlight, and a subtle, grounding scent in the air. There’s even a small transitional room where you can pause and settle yourself before the massage, which I found really thoughtful.
Holly (shoutout to her!) was so warm and welcoming—she had the cutest style and such a kind presence. She made us feel comfortable right away.
My massage therapist, Bogi (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly), was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my pain points and preferences, and recommended a myofascial massage—which ended up being exactly what my body needed.
And then… the massage space itself.
Wow.
I’ve had massages all over the world—literally. From luxury spas to beachside massages in places like Mexico and the Philippines—and this experience truly stands out. The ambiance alone transported me. Instead of music, there were soft ocean waves playing, and I genuinely felt like I had been taken to a serene beach somewhere far away. The lighting was low, the energy was calming, and everything felt intentional, soothing, and elevated.
The massage itself was deeply healing. Bogi checked in consistently about pressure and comfort, and I felt safe, respected, and cared for the entire time. I came in with pain radiating through my lower and upper back, and by the time I left, I felt noticeably better—lighter, looser, and more at ease in my body.
I walked out smiling, singing, and just… feeling like myself again.
To top it all off, Holly gave us a restaurant recommendation as we were leaving, and we ended up going to Nando’s Peri-Peri—twice in one day because it was so good! So thank you for that as well 😄
This experience was more than just a massage—it was care, intention, and healing all wrapped into one. I would absolutely come back and specifically request Bogi again.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Highly, highly recommend.
