The Now, is great. Prior to coming, I had never had a massage, and they make it really easy to book an appointment. From the moment you walk in, until you walk out, you’re welcomed by the atmosphere. Very relaxing. Yaury is absolutely amazing. She’s super attentive, and knows how to make sure you’re comfortable. 10/10 recommend, after my first visit I immediately signed up for the membership, with no regrets.

UPDATE:
Following this review, the general manager reached out to acknowledge my concerns and offer a follow-up. However, the proposed resolution was a 25-minute complimentary massage, despite my original service being 50 minutes and incomplete.
A shortened session does not adequately make up for a full service that was not delivered, and for that reason, I declined the follow-up. While communication did occur, the issue was ultimately not resolved in a way that restored the original service or value.
I appreciate the response, but I am leaving this review as-is to accurately reflect the outcome.
INITIAL REVIEW:
I was highly disappointed with my massage experience today with the therapist, Chance. Although I did not book a deep tissue massage, I still expected a reasonable amount of pressure and, at minimum, a complete and professional full-body service. There were no pressure check-ins throughout the session, the only time I was asked how I felt was after the massage was already over, which defeats the purpose of a check-in.
Most concerning, my feet were completely neglected. I am a hairstylist and stand on my feet all day, so for them to not be massaged at all is unacceptable for a full-service massage. On top of that, the techniques used were extremely repetitive and limited, it felt like only two basic motions were used the entire time, which made the massage ineffective and unprofessional.
When I reported my concerns to the receptionist, I did not feel empathy or understanding at all. Instead of apologizing, she began asking an excessive number of questions, pulling up my history, and comparing my experience to other locations in a way that felt dismissive, as if I was being labeled “hard to please.” I am not difficult, I simply expect a decent, complete massage.
Initially, I was only offered a $20 discount tied to rebooking, which I declined because I did not feel comfortable returning. After she spoke with a manager (who never came out to speak with me directly), another $20 was removed, bringing the total adjustment to $40 off. I was still charged $75 for a massage that left me feeling worse than when I arrived. I expressed this clearly, and again, there was no genuine apology or concern shown.
I will not be returning. This experience was disappointing from start to finish, from the service itself to how my complaint was handled. A massage should be restorative, and this was the complete opposite.
*One additional concern that made this experience even more uncomfortable was how payment was handled. I was initially told that the location is card-only, but after some back-and-forth regarding the pricing adjustment, I was suddenly told that cash could be accepted instead. This shift felt confusing and unprofessional given what I had just been told moments before.
