  Let me start off by saying that I’ve been to multiple Dermani Medspa locations and I’ve always had a great experience… except here. I drove 30 minutes to get to my appointment because it was the only location that had openings as early as possible, and now, I know why. First, I’m told via phone call that I’m required to have a consultation before my appointment since I haven’t been there before, which was strange to me because I’ve never had to do that at other Dermani locations. I get there early for my consultation just for my esthetician to deny me of my service. Not only was she condescending, but I feel that she denied me for no good reason- reasons I have never heard of before from any esthetician I’ve seen over the years. I really feel that she wouldn’t give me filler because I was the last appointment of the day and she probably was in a hurry to leave on a Friday. I’ve never had a more unprofessional experience at Dermani and I will never be back at this location again. Thank you for taking over an hour of my day for nothing!
