  Jessica was my hair stylist and took such great care of my hair and scalp! She’s such a talented stylist who met my needs and her customer service was phenomenal. I was having a hard time finding a salon and stylist that could get my haircuts right until today. My hair looks fabulous and my scalp feels great all thanks to Jessica. :)

  I visited this salon on January 8th and had my hair done by Nou, the owner. Before booking, I had a consultation with her and showed her the exact balayage look and chocolate brunette tone I wanted. During the consultation, she never even did a test strand or anything, maybe because she actually was with another client that day as well when answering my questions about my hair. She said that the look I wanted was achievable with bleach because I had previously used henna 6 months prior, and I was quoted $350 for the balayage. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM on January 8th and I arrived 15 minutes early, but Nou came in about 20 minutes late and had another client booked after me. Because of that, the appointment felt rushed, and any questions I had were answered quickly without any proper explanation. I ended up paying $450 total: $350 balayage $50 deep conditioning treatment $50 root touch-up I was okay paying for the balayage and conditioning treatment, but I was also charged for a root touch-up that I do not feel was actually done right. But forget that, I did not get the result I asked for. Instead of a soft brunette/chocolate balayage, my hair came out looking more like brassy copper highlights. It looked nothing like what we discussed during the consultation. I was so unhappy that I went to three different hairstylists afterward, and all three told me it did not look like balayage and that the tone was far from what I requested. They all basically had said that she had done highlights on me not a balayage. My problem with this is if she could not get what type of style I wanted, then she could've told me that and I would've found someone else. She could've been honest with me and told me that we will not get the color I wanted and that she can't guarantee the look even with bleach used. She had originally just said that we can not do the balayage without bleach and needed to use bleach to get the color I wanted. I would've been more comfortable with her being honest that she couldn't do it at all instead of just doing whatever she did to my hair. It might seem unusual that I’m posting this review months later, but I truly feel others should know about this experience. People pay for a professional service, not just whatever the stylist chooses to do for money. For the amount I paid, this was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this salon or stylist. 1st picture- what I asked for 2nd picture- my virgin hair before 3rd and 4th picture- my hair after the service Edit: This is the inspo pic which I showed you. I messaged you on Instagram, showing this picture. You can go back to our messages and see that. I am not confused when I am talking about my own hair before. You even asked me about it being virgin hair, and I said that I only used henna about 6 months prior and never got it colored with products which you had agreed to saying that it is virgin hair. And either way, it's still true that I came in 15 minutes earlier and waited. That is fine my mistake for thinking that my service would've started at 10am not after because you weren't there at 10am.

  I had my haircut with Bella today, and she did an amazing job! We ended up cutting 10 inches off, and she was incredibly informative every step of the way before making any cuts. She was also so patient, kind, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. The head massage and steamer during the wash were such a relaxing touch, definitely a standout part of the visit! The overall vibe and ambiance of the salon were warm and welcoming, and everyone was so friendly and smiling, which made me feel really comfortable. I’m absolutely in love with my hair and will definitely be coming back!

  I got my haircut about a month ago, Everyone’s friendly and salon looks clean. Reason for 3 stars is because while the hair looks fine while styled, it does not look good straightened. I had a feeling due to how the layers were feathered out but held my tongue because it looked fine during the blowout. Finally straightened it recently and was disappointed to find the layers are not blended and you can see the choppiness. For the price, I would’ve hoped it was more blended. Had to book an appt at my usual salon to fix.

  I can’t say enough amazing things about my hairstylist, Lesley Maria! I’ve been going to her for 8 years, and she has never once disappointed me.
