She said that I couldn't because they were offline, not til Monday. I said okay I just wanted to look around at shears, to see if they even have what I want so I might come back. She said I wasn't ALLOWED TO - LOOK- because I don't have an account.... What?? I just said okay and walked out without a fuss. I was already expecting someone rude and unaccommodating because several of my coworkers have told me in passing about their experiences. Way to go losing customers, Salon Centric.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
