  I went Saturday morning without an appointment and they took me in The one that took care of me her name is Nou she was very sweet and she walked me through on what to expect from the hair cut 💇‍♀️ she was very clear on what to expect and what she recommends on doing for me to achieve a layered hairstyle and even showed me how to style my hair And honestly this was the best haircut I ever had in years ✨ definitely worth coming here for your haircut All of the other staff are really nice and their work speak for themselves ❤️ No complaints on my end ☺️ just glad that I found a place where i was treated like a queen 👑 I recommend getting an appointment with them

  I came in to get the Magic Permanent Hair Straightening treatment. I had previously gotten the treatment around 8 months ago at another salon and wanted to get the grown-out hairs treated as well (~8 inches) - I indicated this when booking the appointment and again at the beginning of my appointment. During the appointment, I noticed my stylist was putting the solution to straighten my hair on the entirety of my hair including the ends and asked her if this was required since I was worried about my hair breaking off. She said yes and continued (and I was also charged the Permanent Hair Straightening fee for the entirety of my hair and not just the touchups like I had previously indicated). (Another thing I now find important mentioning is that the sign inside their boutique says that the treatment was $275 but I was charged at $375 at the front. When I asked the receptionist to confirm, I was told it was $375. I paid $450 total including tip. Their internal video footage will confirm this.) The part of my hair that was previously straight and smooth from the treatment I got at the previous salon is now very frizzy, somehow wavy, and completely fried. The parts I wanted touched up are barely straighter and nearly the same level of waviness as before, but much more frizzier. The worst part is that all of my hair (especially beyond the 8-inch mark) has been breaking off for the past two weeks and has become much thinner. I will likely have to chop much of it (12+ inches) off to prevent further damage. I am incredibly hurt by and disappointed with the services they have provided. I have been to many salons and none have ever messed up my hair this badly - so I know it is not a problem with the risks of the treatment, and it is rather the fault of the hairstylist / management themselves. I HIGHLY encourage others to find another place that actually cares about their hair and is experienced enough to take care of it. This salon seem more concerned with making more money (at already high prices) than the actual welfare of their clients. I will genuinely never go here ever again and don't encourage others to either and risk their own hair.

  I cannot recommend this salon enough. Everyone and i mean EVERYONE from the owners and their staff are incredibly amazing. They truly value their customers and when i say im highly anxious of anything and everything they make me feel so welcome. I had a service done here and will have a second and i can’t say how safe and appreciated i feel here. I appreciate Nou & Jessica so highly. The girlies who does lashes here as well are phenomenal and i love their business. 10/10 would recommend ten times over.

  I’ve been going to Jen for over a year now and i absolutely love her! She is so talented, genuine, and amazing. I have done all over color, balayage, and haircuts and I always leave her chair feeling so confident and more than satisfied. She always makes sure i’m comfortable and understood. Her coworkers are as sweet as she is as they always compliment my hair and Jen’s stunning work whenever i’m there. Not only does Jen make sure i’m okay when it comes to having a snack or water but so do her coworkers. You can tell they all look out for each other and each other’s clients. There is just good energy all around each and every time I am there. Jen truly cares for her clients and it’s more than obvious just by her great personality and kindness. I have referred people out to her and they always say amazing things about her and her work. I can finally say i found my forever hairstylist and I cannot recommend her enough!

  Maria is my stylist and she always does exceptional work. She's detail oriented and professional. However, my experience at the salon was awful and not relaxing whatsoever. I came in to get my hair re-touched & the other hair stylists were having extremely inappropriate conversations about other clients. They were also being incredibly rude and disrespectful towards Maria. This completely ruined the salon experience for me. I would like to be contacted by Management asap as i’d like to directly inform them of the behaviors of their stylists. I hope this matter is taken serious! ——————————————————————— UPDATE 02/04/26: the owners of the salon reached out to me and apologized on behalf of their stylist and also asked me to take down my review because it was “hurting” their business. as a PAYING client, im helping their business by choosing to go there. In reality, the stylists working there are hurting their business by being unprofessional & inconsiderate to clients & their co-worker. the stylists lack accountability and it’s important for other clients & potential clients to know what is happening at this salon.
