Our cuts ended up reminiscent but not quite what the picture shows. I feel the stylists don’t have the knowledge or experience you’re paying for, both in dying and in cutting, and as such can only try their best with the one style of hair they know how to cut. The haircut final result is heavily dependent on a blowout to be honest. Updating my review to say the ends are probably the choppiest I’ve ever received in a haircut. I would have more luck cutting my hair at supercuts.

Called today trying to book an appointment, and was aggressively told to just book online rather than calling and then was hung up on immediately. Salon looks like it might do good hair, but their attitudes need to change when customers are wanting to book. Never have I ever been treated like that by any salon.
