Cynthia is very careful with her work and makes sure everything is to your liking before you leave the chair. She makes sure to check every detail is perfect and always asks for your feedback to see if you want to change anything. She also gave me some recommendations for after hair care which I appreciated alot because I know so little about hair products😂. Thank you Cynthia!!

She took her time on me, knew what she was doing, and talked me through a hairstyle similar to the one I wanted since it wouldn’t work well with my hair type. She was also knowledgeable about cutting and styling curly hair, and gave tips on how to control mine. I’ve already booked my next appointment with her. I highly recommend seeing Madison. *Original review* I would go back to this salon, but book a different stylist. The salon was inviting and the staff very friendly and, hearing other stylists’ conversations and watching them work, they are obviously knowledgeable. The stylist that I booked, Leslie, seemed like she needed more mentorship. The appointment was very rushed despite there being no one waiting for an appointment, and she kept fumbling over herself and her supplies. Leslie also seemed more interested in what the stylist next to her was doing and asking questions. She gave me some of the layers for my curly hair that I asked for, but ignored the reference pictures I brought in and the layers seen in them. I wanted to hold off on writing a review until after I washed and styled my hair like normal at home to see if more layers came out. Overall, it’s not a bad haircut, but not what I requested and definitely something I could have done at home instead of spending $60 plus tip. I will still try this salon again but call and request a more senior stylist.

She made sure I was comfortable for the process and explained everything perfectly! She let me know her priority was getting my color perfect, and any adjustments I wanted to make she would accommodate, which i’ve never had a stylist do! My hair is still extremely healthy, and i’ve never received so many compliments on my hair like now!
- FFfrostygirl101Nov 7, 20255.0Cynthia was my stylist and she was patient and understood exactly what I wanted and kept asking if this was the correct color I wanted and if it wasn't the correct color she would correct it right away. She would always explain what she was doing to my hair in detail and made sure I understood what was happening. It's hard to find a stylist that can do black hair to light blonde hair. Thank you for great service and to your team as well.
