Then when she said she was done, I was speechless. I couldnt ask for her to fix it because I knew she couldn't. I called today for a refund and they said they dont give refunds. I had to pay someone another $20 to fix it after paying $18. I didn't know what to do because he had a band concert the next day with pictures. I stopped by Walmart and seen a barbershop sign and when I walked up and told him I just got my son haircut, you could see the shock in his eyes. I wish I could post pictures. The sideburns were completely different shaped. The cuts on each side of his head was different and no fade at all. I literally have done his hair better and im not skilled. Im so upset, he hadnt had a cut in a while because I just didn't have the money. Then I wind up paying $40, when its Christmas. Im so upset and will not go back here again! I wouldn't recommend a homeless person to get a free cut from here. Vincent was sweet on the phone, but said the manager whoever that is will give me a call, to explain they rather hold on to that $18, then make it right. Dont waste your money and walk out looking chopped up.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
