- HCHannah ClelandFeb 9, 20261.0First time coming to the location, and the absolute the last time. Never again. DO NOT go to this location for a child’s haircut. The bad experience started from the moment we walked in—the older lady there seemed very irritated that we came in, because she had to get up from sitting in her chair. Mind you, we pre-scheduled online, so they should have been expecting us. She was very rude—no smile, no introduction. Then comes the cut—she started with my 18 month old toddler who is VERY well behaved, and was sitting in his father’s lap for reassurance. We told her exactly how we wanted his cut after she asked. BEFORE she even began to cut his hair, she immediately & aggressively commanded him to sit still repeatedly, when he wasn’t even moving. She told him to calm down and he was perfectly calm. Her hands were also shaking VERY badly, which seems odd for a job that requires you to be close to someone’s head & face with sharp objects. She completely disregarded how we asked his hair to be cut and he looks ridiculous (pictures attached). Then, when it came down to my husband’s haircut, she barely did anything. It took like 2 minutes and we still paid $10 for it. She also kept our change without even asking. It was only $2, but it’s the principle that she assumed it was her “deserved” tip. Following our disrespectful and rushed experience, we had no intention to tip her. Very unprofessional, rushed, and careless. Would give 0 stars but at least one is required, unfortunately.

- JHJeff HNov 14, 20255.0I moved to Villa Rica about 18 months ago and tried the Great Clips in the old Publix shopping center. The two ladies that worked there weren't very friendly. Found this place one day when I went to Kroger. I've been there several times and the ladies are nice, professional, and do a great job cutting my hair. It's my go-to place, now.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
