I should of just stop my service after she tried to wash my hair. She was so gentle her hands didn't even touch my scalp 😩. I was telling her it was okay to scratch hard but lord that didn't get us no where lol. I knew my hair was still dirty. I told her my scalp was dry ahead of time. She told me I need to get the treatment for my hair after she blow dried it and seen it was dirty. It was not worth $75. My hair is stiff and is not silk press at all. It's just pressed. Over time when she learn how to wash properly and style she might be alright. I can only be mad at myself for not leaving during my wash and for not just doing it myself. I did love your positive energy young lady but you got to do better. Next time consult with your client check there scalp and then suggest a treatment.
