They clearly didn't know how to execute the style I asked for, and the final result was terrible. With prices this high, I expected quality - not this level of poor service. Each time, he listened to my specific needs and absolutely delivered a perfect solution. Just look at how nicely my last cut has evolved. Super model status, at least. Thanks, Andy!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
