I had a promotional discount and I clearly showed the code and the date it expired. It was a $5 off code. Would not work. The guy told me to download another one which I did. Still wouldn't work. There was a lady that was on side cutting hair also and kept saying (NOOPE) like telling my barber to not put discount in or even help. So I said well do yall offer military discount atleast? And once again she said (nooope)! Which kind of made me upset. I think these discount codes that are all over Facebook and social media pages are just to reel you in like a scam tactic. I go to Great Clips alot. The guy said this is a franchise and there's nothing he can do. I guess from now on ill have to ask first, which I've never had a problem in the past with before.

My grandson is always a little reluctant to have his hair cut because of poor experiences at other salons. That was not the situation today. With a few basic instructions, master barber, Mario, gave my grandson a marvelous haircut with wonderful styling. My grandson was thrilled with his results. Mario was very welcoming, friendly and took his time thus ensuring a positive outcome. Mario was focused on positive results and not on time. I am so happy with the entire experience. I know when I ask my grandson next time to get a haircut from Mario; he will jump at the opportunity. 👏👏👏 I will award Great Clips at Shamrock Plaza.
