A bunch of stylists who I think get paid on volume and not quality. They move so fast and always miss spots, do an uneven job, just rush rush. Great clips needs to hire man, there are like 12 chairs there, always like 2-4 employees and a 45-1 hour waitlist. I get the most basic haircut known to man so I feel like it’s pretty hard to mess up. I think I may go shopping for better service elsewhere at this time. I went to today, the lady just buzzed me head in like 2 minutes, her clippers were pulling hair and sounded horrible, but when I told her she said “ oh you have thick hair”… so it was my fault. Then to top it she’s moving so fast she didn’t even clip the guard on and fell off as she was cutting. She got super lucky it didn’t scalp my head.

I was 15 minutes before close and I understand employees don’t like when customers come in right before they close, but I wasn’t aware of the closing time. 2. The woman kept asking me to take my hoodie off which I could not. I did not have a shirt under. And she was pulling on my hood hard. 3. I didn’t look much at my bangs when I left but my boyfriend and his sister said they looked horrible. I’m so disappointed. What do I do
