My daughter and I had an amazing experience with Jared. He was so courteous and helpful and recommended some great products for me. When I go back, I will definitely be asking for Jared to help me!

Came in early this morning to avoid the crowd, so the store wasn't busy. 2 ladies that worked there saw me enter, as we made eye contact. I was looking for and had questions about different shampoos. No one spoke nor assisted me. I was in the shampoos area for quite a while and one worker looked at me and walked the other way. Good luck if you have any questions.

SEPHORA at the outlet is absolutely amazing! Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The store itself is beautiful, well organized, and has everything you could want. The workers made the shopping experience so enjoyable this place truly deserves attention. Highly recommend visiting if you’re nearby!

I went last Wednesday on my birthday to return or exchange a product I didn’t like. I explained to the associate with black hair (that drags her words) that I was fine with merchandise credit since there were other items I wanted, and I had received gift money and gift cards from friends and family. Instead of trying to help, she dismissively told me it was past 30 days and “nothing could be done.” She didn’t seem to care at all, so I shook my head and left. Later, I checked Sephora’s return policy and saw that I actually was eligible for merchandise credit since it was only 33 days from my purchase date (online order). This was incredibly frustrating because I had driven an hour and a half to get there while in town to celebrate with my partner. This experience reminded me why I stopped shopping at Sephora and became a Diamond member at Ulta instead. I left feeling completely disregarded as a customer, and sadly, I couldn’t help but feel that the associate judged me as soon as she saw my Hispanic last name, especially given what others have said about this location. What a disappointing waste of time. I just wanted to return one product while I shopping for other products to get ready for later. I went to shop somewhere else.

Was here last Friday, will not be returning. I was helped by a very pleasant older Hispanic woman, but when I got to the counter to pay, an Eastern European woman referred to me as he/him despite me very obviously presenting myself as a woman and giving them a female name. She even had a name tag listing her own pronouns. Not only that, she was condescending and rude about me not having a number on my account, just an email. It was busy, I felt like I was being outed to the whole store, and overall this was a very humiliating and upsetting experience. Please train your staff to be more respectful of shoppers. This is a business and your goal is to increase sales, not make customers feel exposed and unsafe. Dawsonville is not the area to be so careless with trans customers, ESPECIALLY if you are supposed to be an inclusive company. There are many trans people in this area, I would recommend shopping elsewhere and not giving your business to this Sephora if you are part of the trans community.
