    I was doing a door dash and Marry-Ann help me find all 20 items in like 10mins and made the experience way better than what it could of been, amazing help and attitudes

    Holly was ahh-mazing!! She was super helpful! Everyone in there: very friendly and helpful actually. Which is like night and day from the couple times I came in when they first opened up this location. Maybe new leadership? Idk. But it made all the difference! Thanks again holly!!

    First time at this location. Went in looking for new eye shadow and lip sticks for a trip I was taking and Holly helped me find everything I needed while offering great suggestions. Will definitely visit again and will be seeing if she is available to help!

    Stopped in to do a quick return and exchange, Yenna refused to do it for me at the little side register where people have helped me before. The line for the main register was wrapped around the entire store and I am on my way to meet someone in one hour. Sephora already embarrassed me by sending me DAMAGED product that I tried to give to someone as a gift, and then their representative in store wasted my time. She could have led with the refusal to help me and I would have just left immediately. Additional complaint: several weeks prior to the issue yesterday, I brought an item in to exchange, as i had received it in the mail already opened and partially used. Your employee that day processed it as a return instead of exchange and now I am having issues with another item on that same order and have been shorted on the amount to be refunded. Your location is poorly staffed and trained and is causing more issues than it resolves. I am filing a complaint against your location woth Sephora headquarters.

    Erica (I hope that is the right way of spelling her name) was a huge help. I have no makeup experience and she helped me, and recommended me makeup to use. Huge shout out to her!
