My daughter's beautiful red hair was all the way down to the top of her butt and I asked the lady to take off no more than 3 inches. She quickly sat my daughter down and started to roughly brush her hair. There was a tangle and instead of brushing it out, she just takes the scissors and hacks off more than 7 inches of my daughter's hair. We left in tears. Horrible service!!
