We literally had to go to the other Sephora in the mall who gladly exchanged the faulty body spray. Being that their return policy is within 30 days and they take back even used items this made ZERO sense.

I keep coming back in hopes that it will be a better experience but nope still no help at all. Hopefully everyone that comes to shop knows color theory because you will not receive a bit of help.

Poorly stocked shelves and the sample items are disgusting. Every time I come here it’s the same two women and they’re never cheery/helpful. Not worth my time…I’ll just go to another retailer.
