Not once was I ever disappointed, she consistently does a great job, she listens to what you want and does not deviate from that. She understands my style and I am pleased every time. So this review is soooo long overdue. I am soooo very happy that I have met her and will continue going to her as long as she is at this location, I recommend her completely. THANK YOU, IRMA!
- LBlj BOct 18, 20251.0The lady is RUDE. If you want someone to have a bad day, sending them here will definitely do the job. I was already trying to ignore her attitude as soon as we walked in, but she just continued to make things worse as if we had done something to irritate her. She literally took a ruler out to measure my child's hair before cutting it. We are not doing a science experiment here... After we left, my daughter told me she asked how old she was and asked rhetorically "isn't it too young for you to get a highlights?" First of all, it's not her business. Most importantly, why would she ask this in secret - making sure I didn't hear it. Everyone we met have loved her highlights and she's feeling great about it until this lady ruined it. We will absolutely not come back!

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
