- RJRyan JonesMar 31, 20261.03-minute kids haircut, and it looked exactly like a 3-minute job. Large sections of my son’s hair were completely untouched, yet we were still asked if we were happy with it. We had to go somewhere else just to fix it. What made it worse was the stylist’s attitude — rude, dismissive, and clearly more focused on rushing through the next customer than doing the job right. It made an already bad experience uncomfortable, especially for a 9-year-old. After the fact, I checked recent reviews and saw multiple people describing the exact same thing — rushed, incomplete cuts and poor attitude. That tells me this isn’t a one-off, it’s how this place operates. If this is the standard here, you’re not getting a haircut — you’re getting pushed through a chair as fast as possible. Completely unacceptable. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects even basic quality or professionalism.

They always check to ensure your expectations are met before completing the cut. Cons: The Great Clips coupon process is at best, a 'sham' program designed to trick customers to signing up for their website. Their published coupons are very restrictive to specific locations within the US and you never find out the limits until it is time to pay.......resulting in 2x-3x the costs you originally intended to pay. Very disappointing and unprofessional resulting in a 'bad feeling' almost every time you depart. I have yet to see a GC coupon for this location despite encouragement to sign up on the GC website during every visit.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
